Pho Saigon Noodle And Grill 2

Having recently moved from Oakland to the area, I have tried food from 4 different Vietnamese/pho restaurants and have been left quite disappointed. However, today I was feeling under the weather and stumbled upon this new place on Grubhub. I decided to give pho one more chance and I am so glad I did! The pho was outstanding, with a perfect broth and well-packed ingredients. I also ordered the chicken runway, which was delicious. Eating these comforting dishes made me feel so much better. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. What's more, they actually paid attention to my request to omit cilantro, which I am allergic to. I visited this restaurant for the first time and was not impressed. When I arrived for lunch, the place was almost empty. I dined with my wife and son and we ordered Pho noodle soup and shared an order of egg rolls. Despite the low number of customers, the service was slow. The egg rolls arrived first and looked beautiful and hot, but lacked flavor. The Pho noodle soup followed, and I was disappointed with my order of Ox Tail noodle soup. The ox tails were tough and tasteless, and while the broth was okay, it could have been better. Overall, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

I can't get enough of this place ! There is just only one cook though , so it takes longer than usual , but honestly, waiting isn't bad because the food is worth it . The lady that takes the order seats you is such a sweetheart, she's always so attentive nice . The iced coffee with condensed milk is a MUST HAVE

Great service and delicious Pho-Ga! The whole family enjoyed it. The bread was fresh and the chicken was perfectly cooked with a mix of white and dark meat. The noodles were tasty and packed well for my takeout order. The biodegradable containers were a nice environmentally friendly touch. Highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant

Since covid they've been open inconsistently and still on take-out basis only since most of their staff is gone, and the ambiance has always been rather plain. However, I've always thought highly of their food, and they make perhaps the best banh mi sandwiches in the area.Food: 5/5

I've enjoyed this place in the past, but my last meal was sub-par. The grilled pork was blackened to the point of being barely edible, the boba was bad, and they forgot an order. The pho was still good. And I have enjoyed it in the past, so hopefully it was an off night.Food: 3/5

Ordered egg rolls and told us they were out and that we could get calamari instead. Calamari was not good at all. Next table that comes in orders egg rolls and they come out.. pho tasted like bouillon and their noodles were not very good.

I'm back again and it's stillDelicious here. I had the #14 combo meal and my friend had the #4 soup. We had imperial roll appetizers also. I'm so full. Great place. Lots of parking in front. Réservez une table maintenant
