I’ll preface this by saying that pho has a special place in my heart. The marriage of the rich, savory broth with the silky, smooth rice noodles would even make Barack and Michelle jealous. In short, PS1’s twist and take of pho delivers. They are very generous with the serving and the broth will fill any empty holes in your heart. Be prepared to drink a lot of water a couple of hours after this experience, but don’t you sign up for that anytime you eat pho?
The service was lacking, and the pho was overly salty (which I usually don’t find to be an issue). The egg rolls were bland and unremarkable. Additionally, my hot green tea was served in a styrofoam cup, even though this is a dine-in restaurant. This may seem like a minor detail, but it hints at what one can expect from the overall experience.

It was decent overall. The pho was just average; I've definitely had better broth elsewhere. There wasn't anything particularly exciting about the meal. However, I do appreciate that they open at 8 AM, while my other pho spots don’t open until between 10 and 11:30 AM. All in all, it was simply okay pho.

The pho bowls here are incredible and very satisfying. We always order the #1, which is the house special. The broth and noodles are simply the best! Don't forget to ask for extra noodles, too!

This is a decent pho restaurant that offers online ordering. The broth is tasty, and the prices have been reasonable lately. The convenience is the main reason I keep coming back.
Absolutely amazing! The food was excellent, but I did feel a bit rushed once I finished my meal. The waiter was standing close by and rearranging our condiments. Lol!
