The broth and service were excellent! The owner was present when I arrived, and she was very attentive and friendly. However, I have two suggestions: first, the soup could use a bit more broth, as it tends to become quite thick with all the ingredients. Second, the meat slices were a bit too thick. While thicker slices can be good in some dishes, pho really benefits from thin slices of meat for that tender and flavorful bite. These slices were thicker than usual this time, which may be due to new staff or an issue with the slicer.

Not accommodating for veganism here. ? I was so looking forward to veggie pho. Had to settle for sauteed veggies and rice And they didn't even lower the price even tho I didn't get any of their meat The sautee sauce is too thick. Unimpressed with veggies. For flavor maybe it's ok but for health they need to improve
So disappointed, my friend and I loved to come here today. We noticed that our broth didn't taste the same and we told the man politely if he could make us a new bowl. He'll be loud and tell us to go if we don't like it. We wanted to tell him that we were? He didn't try to be rude at all and he tried to say that we were just lying? No one else said anything?. He said we should? ve said something from the beginning, but we wanted to get his attention for 5 minutes. Horribler customer service.
Breadh and service were good! Usually this would be a good thing, but Pho needs nice and THIN slices of meat to be really tender and tasty. These were too thick this time, but it is probably from new employees or a faulty slicer...
I wanted to order Vegetable Fried Rice, but it wasn't on the menu. The woman gave me a strange look, charged me $18, and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I picked up my order, I honestly thought they had given me the wrong dish because it looked so simple. My vegetable fried rice was disappointing—it had no vegetables and resembled more of a side of plain rice.
Hadn't photographed in a while and came here with my Gf and it was great. Great price for what you get. I have the #1 House Special. Breadh was amazing. The addition of the spices provided such as chili sauce, hoisin sauce, jalapenos and mint leaves makes it even better. Will definitely come back to taste their other dishes or just get my Pho-Fix.
This is my go to Pho place because it is affordable, budget friendly, and open late. There is always a table available. I always get the Number 2 (no tendon, no tripe). Their egg rolls are delicious! And after every meal, they serve complementary hot tapioca pudding.
