I ordered the pho soup and the salad rolls without the peanut sauce. The language barrier can be a bit challenging, but I haven't gotten sick yet, and the food is absolutely delicious! Since my original review, I've been back several times, and it's consistently fantastic! They offer gluten-free soy sauce packets, and I particularly enjoy the chicken vermicelli without the spring rolls.

For pho in Red Deer, it was just okay. The broth wasn't authentic and was quite cloudy. We arrived and placed our order, but when our food was served, we were missing two bowls of pho. I get that it was lunchtime and busy, but we clearly ordered five bowls for our group of five. The service was only satisfactory, especially considering the mediocre pho. We won’t be coming back.

Our only concern during our visit was the unpleasant smell of the rag they used, which was quite off-putting. We hope they can clean or wash it regularly, or at least check it after each use. Everything else was fantastic! The food arrived quickly and tasted great. We highly recommend their Pho, especially when enjoyed with chili sauce!

We experienced excellent service, and our food arrived promptly. The portions were generous, and everything was delicious! We're really pleased that we decided to try this restaurant. We ordered the beef pho with meatballs, chicken chow mein, and beef stir-fry with mixed vegetables. Réservez une table maintenant

Many dishes on the menu can be made gluten-free, although I found that the sauce may sometimes be lacking when gluten-free substitutes are used. I've never experienced any issues with cross-contamination. The pho beef satay soup is absolutely incredible!

If you ask, the staff will tell you which items are gluten-free. A lot of Vietnamese dishes already fit this criteria. I particularly enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue!

The food was safe—I didn't get sick! However, it was bland and overpriced for noodles, though I understand that food prices have risen everywhere.
