I ordered a soup bowl with the two beef combo and added shrimp and extra rice. I also had a couple of appetizers of dumplings and spring rolls. I was really pleased that my order was ready so fast: 15 minutes! The dining room was very clean and cozy. The staff are very kind. But the reason for the lower than 5 star rating is that my broth wasn't hot enough, evidenced by my meat not doing the finished cook in it; it remained the same as when I took it out of the container. Even with that, I would still come back because the food is delicious.
my man and I ordered from here 05/31/22. We've eaten here without problems, so I thought everything was good. about an hour after eating my bowl pho, I started to get an annoyed. it took all night in until 06/01/22 with nausea and vomiting. I had to go to the hospital to get liquids and anti-mouse medicine as I am extremely sick. the doctor confirmed that it actually got food poisoning. I pray to God that this is not happening to anyone else. I know the things happen, but every restaurant should never make anyone sick.
place a pick-up order at 5:55PM. two bowls pho, nothing crazy. they have there and said they are behind (no problem, I can wait) they continued to let me wait 1.5 hours without ANY update. I finally had to ask for my money back because after 1.5 hours they could not get my food or give me a good estimate. they wasted my time and I will never give them my business again. pity because eating as always was amazing, but a business that cannot respect its customers time should not be in business.
Will never return, first its wayay too expensive for the quality food. Customer service is horrible. They don't even say hello. Their water tastes like clorox, in order to get good clean water they make you pay for a bottle or pay for a soda. Both times I went their broth was cold, so this will be my last time going. Please go to a different pho in town, or if you don't mind the drive the best pho is Pho Lee in thornton. Réservez une table maintenant
We’ve been coming here for taro boba for years and have loved them and considered them the best in town, even after a boba shop opened nearby.However the last two times we’ve gotten them, they’ve been very weak flavored as if they’re only using half the flavoring mix. Even the color is a very light purple rather than a darker purple.We hope this will improve, but if not we’ll choose to go somewhere else.
I miss it, friendly face on pickup and my eating in 20 minutes. tonight I waited in the load, with a lot of people waiting for their pick-up orders, for 60 minutes after online order 30 minutes before (1.5h overall.) I had already paid or had gone. the people in which they eat, eat and go. totally disorganized. then we come home to eat, and the grilled chicken is so bland sad. different from returning.
Pho restaurants can be a gamble at times. Every time I try a new one, I have to cross my fingers and hope that it's one of the good ones. I'm happy to say that Pho TJ is one of those good ones. All around excellent food and good service. Sure it takes a little time to get the orders together, but that might just be my perception because I'm so eager to get to my food. Boba's good, too!
Under new management... soup is fine, service was fairly quick, but ordered dumplings and didn't get them we would have asked but at no time during the entire meal, despite there being only a few tables (130pm on a Saturday) no waitstaff ever checked to see if we liked our meals, offer to refill our water, only to bring the check. in the last months, the peculiarity seems to have changed, the food quality has suffered dramatically. I was here three times in the week, and after two bad experiences in succession I'm done. it was worth the price before. I don't think I'd eat there, even if the price was 75% lower than now.
