I heard excellent reviews of this place from my sister. And today, that was a special day for my sister's birthday we decided to come and enjoy some delicious Pho. recommended) Once we came in, directly from the bat we were only stared and not even greeted. The host/server she wears a pink shirt today on Saturday 12/11 went up to us and tried a table with 4 chairs and there are 5 of us. Then we asked to sit in a boat and said no, then repeatedly tried to sit on the same table. She finally sat on the boat. When she came back to our table, you thought we were ready to order, I wondered how I said and... she went away. We waited about 6 minutes or so, and she cleaned and did what not and never came back to our table. We decide to go. Bad customer service. EVER. There was also another person at the checkout. And when we walked out, he said "byyeeee "like what... is that the kind of workers you have? Disgusting! Do not come to this place!!! Probably not worth spending your money here. Even I don't go to them a star because I want, but because I can't give zero.
Food: The Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls were massive and tasted fresh when I bit into them. Spring Rolls are also served with a peanut sauce to dip in. I ordered a large Meatball and Steak Pho bowl. Plenty of noodles and meat. The broth was perfect even with out adding seasonings. Happy Camper! Service: The waitress was attentive, polite, fast and accurate. The workers seemed to care about their craft because I heard multiple convos about orders, tables and service. Team Work here! Final thought: I am coming back! Place was clean and the service was friendly.
I'm trying to forgive more for little business, but... Okay, the first time here. Server was new I think, but timely and friendly. Ropes with mint, which came in maybe 2 min, were dried, prefabricated rolls without mint. the pre-rolled explains the no mint... I think I would have done better. Then main dish, menu said grilled chicken, salad and rice chicken I thought was prepared cooked then pan fried to serve. crispy almost to dry out stage and oily. was not even finished because it. This place was packed at 2:00 on a Sunday, but there was a table open to me. The service was fast and efficient, and the food was delicious, just as expected. I ordered a large pho tai, and it was served piping hot, with the expected amount of all the right ingredients. Later, I realized that I had left my credit card on the table, and when I came back half an hour later, they had secured it for me, which is exactly what they should do.
