the restaurant is located in the shopping center westfield and a lot of parking available when arriving at the weekend before 11 o'clock. came here to hunt with a group of friends. had a lot of yum cha selections of steam dumpling to fried winton and Asian...BBQ desserts. the choices we had were very good, especially fried honey and mangopfannkuchen. the service could be improved. the waiters did not fill our tees with boiling water, even we had the lid of the teapot a few times until we told them. also they must continue to say that they take away the empty plates.
Located within the Westfield shopping centre, Phoenix Parramatta is a chain of restaurants. Usually known for their yum cha. Came here for a private function. Food was ordered off the ala carte menu and eaten in the private closed off dining area. Good quality Chinese...food and good service.
Conveniently located inside the shopping center, you just gotta go early as it gets too crowded after 12 pm, they have lots of selection, although I would love some of them served warm. Friendly waiters, not much on the ones pushing the food carts.
The food was decent, with a unique twist compared to what we typically find in Hawaii. The dim sum seemed a bit stale, but we absolutely loved the cubed beef dish. The fried rice was satisfactory.

cold, hard, over expensive yum cha. the management did not seem to care if we have pointed out that. Maybe the ala carte menu is better, but the yum cha is terrible.
The dim sum here is delicious, but the prices are higher than your average dim sum restaurant. The restaurant is spacious, so finding a seat should not be an issue.

rude, not helpful very expensive eating I think many dishes are frozen into the restaurant sub standard for suburb yum cha restaurants
