Notre dîner dans ce restaurant a été plutôt décevant. Le personnel est antipathique et vous ne verrez pas un sourire ! Il n'y avait plus de thon le soir de notre visite (sushis, maki, california à base de thon et sashimi de thon). Le poulet croustillant du chef est très fin, il y a plus de pain que de poulet. Les nems sont à base de farce de mousse de poulet (pas de goût de poulet ! mais le goût de friture est très présent). Les desserts ne sont pas non plus leur point fort : glace, sirop de bonbon litchi, chocolat banane, sirop en conserve de pêche. Rien à voir avec les desserts japonais. De plus, les boissons sont très chères. La décoration est jolie, il n'y a pas d'objets kitsch en plasti...
Le Nagoya (nouveau nom du restaurant) est tout simplement parfait ! L'accueil est excellent à notre arrivée, le restaurant est nickel et très confortable. Une carte idéale avec beaucoup de choix, un service impeccable tant au niveau du sourire que de la rapidité. Ma femme, ma fille et moi avons vraiment apprécié le repas, de la soupe au dessert ! Les california maki sont vraiment très bons, surtout avec les oignons frits... Les yakitoris sont délicieux et pour finir un grand choix de desserts avec des tartes, de la salade de fruits frais, etc. En bref, un vrai moment de plaisir : c'est avec grand plaisir que je recommande ce restaurant.
Stayed at the Kyriad in the hotel area Saint Witz and on our last night we went to the Phoenix buffet restaurant. From the outside it didn't hold too much promise but after very ordinary meals at the Buffalo Grill and the Courtpaille we gave it a go. The buffet choice was extensive with all you can eat starters, mains and desserts. A mix of Chinese, European, Japanese, something for everyone. You can make a selection from the counter to have stir fried for you there and then. The price overall was about the same as a main course elsewhere, great value and excellent food.
Knowing the restaurant during my professional trips, I discovered when arriving for lunch the change of owner arrived at 12:45, I was served 6 sushis in the space of an hour!They are overwhelmed by their formula "at will" served at the table!People are going to have to wait quality products : copied sushi....in rice!I advise !

Service rapide. Très bon. Manque de sourire du personnel ne comprend pas bien le français. Les petites quantités sont parfaites pour essayer divers produits du menu.
