Phoenix Coffee probably is a very good place for coffee enthusiasts, as they offer many different kind of coffee variations and flavors, they also sell the coffee beans. You can find some clearly labeled vegan food and drink options here. My first impression was, that the café was quite busy and hectic, especially for a Thursday on about 11:30 noon. You order at the counter and pay in advance. All in all not that super-comfy vibes and staff seemed stressed. I had „my big fat vegan breakfast“, a good filled plate with tofu sausages, hashbrown-patties, spinach, beans, mushrooms, dips, toast. While the patties tasted kinda bland, the veggies were spiced pretty well, so it all in all was a balan...
Nice Aotearoan style cafe, that also has the kiwi coffee specialties like flat white and long black. When I was there they had 3 vegan muffins, which all looked yummy. I tried the black bean burger with fries, which was DELICIOUS and then a chocolate muffin and flat white. The muffin was a bit dry, but still yummy and the flat white a bit hot (especially in comparison to the ones in NZ) but also still yummy. Staff is super friendly, cool vibe in the cafe. I actually think more vegan options and philosophy would really match well to the cafe and the people there. Worth a trip from Heidelberg or Karlsruhe.
I have been a huge fan of Phoenix from day 1: not only is the staff friendly and the food delicious (there is a huge variety of both sweet delights and savoury dishes), it’s also a great modern atmosphere. Not always easy to find a seat but usually no problem to share a table or the sofaPhoenix has brought international flair and coffee culture to town and has been offering vegan options from the very beginning! I‘d appreciate more vegan bagels and oatmilk instead of soymilk but that would be just the cherry on top. Keep up the great work!
the phoenix coffee is the caffe in bruchsal. centrally located at the railway station and really always very well visited. sometimes you have to wait for a place. with more than two people you should reserve a place in advance. there is always a small selection of vegan dresses (sandwiches, main dishes) and at least a vegan cake and of course soy milk. also there are icy, smoothies. since the cafè has opened, I am fan. during my period of study I was often there to learn to enjoy good coffee and delicious eating beside the learning stress. they also come as a vegan:in his taste. the paninis are the madness, but the best is simply the coffee. meanwhile they can also choose between ferse and soy milk updated by previous rating on 2021-07-03
really nice restaurant good for mixed groups friendly staff, they know what vegan means I had a burger, which was outstanding good. The fries were crispy, the Burger patty tasty, the sauce a perfect burger sauce. definitly recommended! I would recommended to book a table in advance I would love to come back and try other dishes
