I thought the food was excellent, and the service was quick, although the restaurant was quite busy. My pho was delicious, the banh mi was great, and I enjoyed the egg rolls as well. My husband found the pho a bit salty, but everyone has their own taste preferences. I didn’t give it a 5-star rating because the parking situation is problematic, and the location is cramped. Additionally, when I called to give a heads-up about our party of 25, I was informed they only accommodate on a first-come, first-served basis, which meant we had to eat separately at different times. I hope that in the future, if they want to be more successful, they will consider providing better parking for customers.

Now, the highlight for us was the Pho! It was incredibly good, loaded with meat, and the broth was flavorful and clean, without any gamey taste. It was so tasty that we didn't even feel the need to add any sauces. In our opinion, PhoHolic has the best Pho in Minnesota! Congratulations! Additionally, the entire staff was super friendly, and we can’t wait to visit again.
