Pholosophy - Réserver une table

Je suis venu ici aujourd'hui. J'étais un peu sceptique au début depuis son nouvel endroit et sa petite boutique. J'ai eu du poulet croustillant avec du riz de tomates et de leur rouleau de ressort de crabe. Je suis surpris que le poulet croustillant soit tendre et beaucoup de viande, contrairement aux autres endroits qui ne donnent que du poulet avec 85% d'os et seulement 15% de viande. Le rouleau de ressort de crabe est génial. Le riz de la tomate peut être un peu plus doux. Le service est sympathique, la portion est décente. L'endroit est vraiment génial et beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir où je voulais, et ce n'est pas si occupé (bien que je sache que cela puisse devenir occupé pendant le...

Located across the road from the Grounds of Alexandria, I came across Pholosophy on Instagram and visited on a Sunday. Staff were efficient at taking our order and food came out lightening fast (it was very quiet). We ordered the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), the vermicelli salad with crab pork spring rolls and two drinks vietnamese iced coffee coconut juice. I LOVED the bun bo hue! The broth was delicious with a perfect amount of heat for me and the vermicelli noodles had an excellent texture. This is located near to the grounds and in the business area/all sports precinct in alexandria. Spacious and lots of workers from the area enjoying their lunch. They sell Pho with rare beef, slow cooked beef, prawn or vermicelli salad, banh mi at extremely reasonable prices. $12 for the salad, $6 for a banh mi. More trendy in its style than traditional, and has some cool Vietnamese art on the walls. Staff were lovely and food came out fast. I ordered the vermicelli salad with pork patties. There weren't any pork patties left, so they offered me pork chop instead. I liked the salad, but i think the chop is a bit fatty for me.

finally found a Vietnamese locality, which served well pho and crispy chicken rice. only in alexandria. the midday squeegee on weekdays is quite hectic and it opens only on Sunday afternoon. if they are in the opposite or in the region, they should check it.

The best pho I ever had in SYD. Worth to try it! I love the environment here, the soup is rich and the filter coffee I really in love with it. I definitely will come again. What's more, the price is on a average level.
