I had a chance to eat here last week during my Alaska work trip. Arriving on Sunday, they're one of the places that's open, and I was intrigued for their ox tail pho. And I must say, my I'm a big fan. I never thought ox tail would be a good topping for pho, but they made it really good. One thing I noticed though there's a sign that they would charge for extra sriracha. When I placed an order they asked if I wanted sriracha, and when I said yes, they gave me a small cup, which is just enough for me. Just something to keep in mind for sriracha lovers out there :)Definitely will try to come back whenever I get a chance to visit Anchorage again in the future.

I’ve dined in here 3 times now and have gotten to-go probably twice. The servers are friendly and the food comes out quickly once ordered. I wouldn’t say the service itself is prompt though. I do like pho broth a lot. It isn’t overly sweet or salty and I can smell and taste the spices/aromatics but it’s not overwhelming. I recommend ordering #7 because you can pick 3 proteins with your pho. The grilled beef spring rolls are also good, albeit not traditional. The spring rolls are expensive but quite large. So far this is the best pho broth I’ve had in Anchorage.

Some of the best Vietnamese food you can find in Anchorage. The pho no matter what kind is so good. But if you go make sure to try any of the rolls. The All Pork Roll was the one I tried based on the suggestion of my server and let me say, she didn’t lead me astray as it was delish. The service was great and the food was even better. A definite must try when you’re in the mood for Pho!

Brisket pho was amazing a few weeks ago; came back to have it again and they closed early. RECOMMENDED to come in by 8:30p to guarantee service, as slower nights can cause them to close early. Bummer.
