Piada Italian Steet Food

We decided to take advantage of the free delivery offer from Piada this week. Unfortunately, the tip we intended for the driver didn’t go through the app for some reason. We couldn’t add it after placing our order, so we called and spoke with the manager, Frank. He was very helpful and tried to assist us with the issue, even though the orders are processed through DoorDash. It was a good experience overall.

I placed an online order around 2:40 PM for a pickup time of 3 PM and arrived to pick it up at 3:02. I ordered the regular-sized Carbonara Pasta with salmon. The sauce had a nice wobble to it, but unfortunately, it wasn't hot—just barely warm by the time I got home five minutes later. This suggests they might have prepared it a little too early. Aside from that, it was very good overall.

The manager and two younger guys HANDLED THEIR BUSINESS. My food was good, not messy, not watering, and everyone had great customer service. It was night time, a nice rush, and they were GREAT!!

The food is truly exceptional, deserving of a 4-star rating. Additionally, I appreciated that she provided me with two straws for my drink, which was a thoughtful touch. Réservez une table maintenant

Eating is usually on par. Workers seem bad. Asian girl at the front is not very nice. Young child with a mustache always has an attitude. Managers are always nice.
