We ADORE Piada in Woodbury. A-Mazing food. Wonderful service. If you want a huge bowl of Pasta for an affordable price, Piada is 100% the place to go. We order regularly through their website for delivery. Unfortunately, today, our order didn't show up despite a text from door dash saying it was handed to someone. We called DD and they wouldn't do anything. We called Piada and spoke with Christina. She made the situation right IMMEDIATELY and discovered that the order was never even picked up and that the dasher just absconded with the tip without doing the delivery at all. She refunded our meal and had it remade for pickup, despite the fact that they were busy as heck on a Friday. Thank you...
i’m leaving a review based on a bunch of my past orders, they always do good. very rarely am i dissatisfied with the food quality, i’ve only had one or two times i wasn’t the most happy of the noodle quality but that’s knit picking behavior. they’re very busy but do great at working hard to get your food done. some people don’t have patience now a days. the main cashier is a younger lady with glasses, i usually pick up my order along with my co workers and at this point she recognizes that and finds me once i’ve grabbed my first order to give me my second. she deserves a raise if you’re reading this Mr.GM.
Never tried Piada until a few weeks ago, and I loved it. Way better than Panera Bread. I am a big fan of their power bowl without the Hummus and yogurt. I ordered their grilled steak and hot fried chicken protein. Sadly, the second time I went (the next day) the hot friend chicken was a little cold and definitely not crunchy fried but a kind of soggy. Like it sat for a while. It was a slower time and day, so the restaurant was on he cleaner side. Over the counter was clean too. The meals don't make me feel bloated. I would recommend the power bowl sauce and diablo sauce on the side to dip in.
Absolutely amazing! The avocado piada with steak is probably my favorite meal right now. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was top-notch. The salad was incredibly fresh and crispy. I might have to go back today! Seriously, give it a try.

I strongly advise against placing online orders here. Unfortunately, my order took an extra 25 minutes beyond the expected pickup time, which is far less efficient than just waiting in line. I really love piadas, but they definitely need to hire better staff.
My husband’s and I first time here last night. We had two avocado piadas with chicken, they were delicious, young lady at the register was delightful and friendly. Staff appeared busy, very hard workers to keep everything moving at a certain pace.
One of the best fast casual restaurants in the area! They got Piadas (Italian burritos), salads and pastas either chef made or build your own. Also the sides like cannoli chips and garlic dough are great too! Fast and fresh Italian food!
I love the chicken carbonara and the peach iced tea it was fabulous I would come back in and order more and I'm going to come back in and get the peach tea.

Very nice staff, horrible food. Noodles and sauce are the cheapest you can get. Not at all worth the price.
they are all so sweet they make you feel like family and the food is so delicious!!!
