Piada Italian Street Food

I love eating at this restaurant, but I do not recommend using their online order service at midday. They only fulfill online orders after the in-person line has cleared, which can take up to an hour. I had three instances where I placed an online order, arrived at the designated pick-up time, and then had to wait 45 minutes for my food. The staff ignored me and did not even acknowledge my presence, so I was unable to cancel my order and go elsewhere. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered the regular carbonara bowl with grilled chicken, but they mistakenly made several orders at once. They quickly packed it up and I paid, thinking it was very fast service. However, when I got home, I realized there was a mix-up - they had only made a few bowls at a time. Unfortunately, someone else got my order and I had already paid for it. It was too far to drive back to correct the mistake.

We placed a large order for a family of six on Monday night. The order was not ready when the app indicated it was ready for pick up, but the restaurant got the entire order correct and it was delicious, which is not always the case. Usually when we order from somewhere, something is forgotten.

I work next door to this location. I havehad bad experiences each time I have gone. Today was my third hoping third time a charm. Nope. Waited 20minutes after pick up time for dood. I was told they were cooking pasta. Got food. It was cold and no flavor.. Not going back.. Réservez une table maintenant

I like the farmer’s market salat. very unique and refreshing. is quite busy too busy, especially when they make online ordering. I expect a ten-minute waiting time in this place. still, eat good. also seems to be qualitatiw high quality food.

The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Be cautious when paying with a credit card as I was charged twice. This was a takeout dinner costing $20-30 per person. The food scored a 4, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

I definitely recommend the Marinara, it was really good. The service overall was excellent, a perfect 10/10. The atmosphere was clean with pleasant background music. It was a great experience.
