We placed a large order on Monday night for our family of six. The app indicated that it would be ready for pickup, but unfortunately, it wasn't prepared when we arrived. Despite this, the restaurant got the entire order correct and everything was delicious—something that doesn’t happen often. Typically, when we order from other places, they tend to forget items in our order.
