Hoping this was just an off night. Lots of staff and they weren’t rude, but weren’t friendly either. They were very involved in their own conversations and have a good time, and less concerned about the customers. I and others had to keep reminding them of what our orders were. They kept mixing up fine in prepped food with to go orders. Almost like staff was flirting with each other which is fine but customers were disregarded.Tea canisters totally out, trash spilling out onto floor. None of which was remedied the 45 min we were there.Food was ok; food was warm at best and salmon was undercooked. Calamari was good and hot.Will try again but tonight was not a good dinner or experience.
When I visit DFW from North Dakota I always make time for my favorite place Piada!We have had Piada in Minnesota for a while now and it’s a favorite spot for so many. I’ve also visited the Pittsburgh and Florence, KY locations all of which are absolutely amazing.The staff at this location is attentive, they are very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and even though I always get the same thing (diavolo pasta no meat with garlic dough and a blackberry lemonade) the staff is great at offering recommendations when I am feeling adventurous!If you haven’t ever stopped by dooooo it! Me and a group of people decided to try this place out after church. When we arrived, it was super packed. There was a lot of people in line and the line went slow like snails. This is why some of us decided to go mobile order, thinking their eta was accurate and that it would be faster. Not-At-All! It turned out that the people who went in line got their food first AND our mobile order were delayed significantly- by ONE-HOUR to be more precise. This is not acceptable and good food does not make up for that. I suggest you to skip the Mango fresco if you have sensitive stomach.
These people are absolutely wonderful that work here! My order got messed up in their system but I had already paid for it and she still made me my exact order. Everything I got was extremely delicious and filling. Such a great options for all diets and restrictions (vegetarians, pescatarian, and even meat eaters). placed a take out order for 12:15, got my food 10 minutes earlier! I did not catch her name, but the lady working there was very nice and attentive. Despite them being slam packed for lunch, I got my food order fast and accurate! Received a complimentary food item as well for my “wait”! Will definitely be coming back, and letting all of my friends know! Thank you so much!!!
Food and service were fantastic. The entire crew was smiling and having fun even with a long line to the door. They really enjoyed their job and interacted with every customer that made us feel special. This place is amazing, I highly recommend for dine in or take out. They also do catering. great food and service we will be back.
Pretty decent food. I had the deluxe caesar and I didn't think it was enough, but it was! Kids had the kids pasta with their apple juice, husband had the chef's special wrap. He liked it too. He didn't like the lobster bisque though. Overall experience was great and I liked my food. I can't wait to come back.Food: 5/5
I love this place! I don't come here often because I live on the other side of town now, but it's still so delicious. There's lots of options, the food looks and tastes great, and it's not overly priced. Build one in SW Fort Worth! Please, I beg of you!Food: 5/5

Poor food service food was ordered for pickup it said it was gonna be done by 8:15pm but I 'm still waiting as of 8:33pm for my order that got lost somehow horrible experience
Started a vegetarian fast and this was full of flavor and reasonably priced. Hip vibe service was with a smile etc.Food: 5/5
