One of the best Swiss roasts I ever had, but what really made my heart jump with joy was the strudel with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The apples were as if fresh from the sky, with the creams perfectly complement the dessert. Add to that I have never been a fan of Strudel, and you will understand what a true masterpiece is her dessert! Fantastic! Thank you and hope to be back soon!
Lovely GF menu lots of options for dinner! The chef was good with the cross contamination (we had a bar table and I watched the chef start a new potato cake for me in a clean pan) even thougg it seemed they normally made a very large rosti and portioned it out so was good he made a fresh one. Cant comment on cc for other meals though!

Super Teamspirit, alle Mitarbeiter incl. Küche Personal sehr authentisch und freundlich. Offene Küche zum Zuschauen. Essen wäre definitiv über 5 Sterne. Mitten im Zentrum von Innsbruck in einem schönen Hinterhof. Freundluche Bedienung, mega leckeres Schnitzel mit sehr frischem Salat. Lecker das im Salat sogar ein Streifen Melone war. Auch die Getränke schön kühl und lecker. Auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert.
Wir waren zum ersten Mal ehr zufällig hier. Eine Gastronomie, die wirklich begeistert: super liebes Personal, ein Koch, der sein Handwerk versteht und Inhaber, die trotz fortgeschrittenen Alters, liebe Gastgeber sind. Vielen Dank
Wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient. Hatten nur Desserts und etwas zu trinken. Alles soweit in Ordnung. Angesichts der Lage vom Lokal aber schon mit Preisaufschlag.
Jedes Mal wieder ein Genuss. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Die beiden Gastgärten sind sehr gemütlich und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Réservez une table maintenant
