First and foremost, save your restaurant from extinction and replace the person you have working at the take out counter. I nominate him for the award of delivering the worst customer service experience known to mankind. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here and purchase anything. I wanted to like this place, and I tried giving this place so many chances but the take out guy in charge on the other side is a terrible human being, how he hasn't gotten terminated is beyond me.. He's been there so many years. My brother came to visit from deployment and we went to go pick up food and tells me that guy is such an unprofessional person. So it will be my last visit there for good. ps they have the greasiest fries you'll ever eat.

We had our 2nd event here at Picnic and the staff was amazing just as the first time we were here 5 years ago. We dealt with Carlos who did a great job with communication and making my little girls communion day a great one. They are very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return. Nice place. Lively. Generous portions. However our skirt steak was completely over salted. Nothing wrong with strong seasoning for the appropriate dish. But the amount of salt was just bad. The other three dishes were OK.
This is a wonderful restaurant that always takes care of my family and I. Love the dude up front! Always friendly and stops to chat. He’s usually pretty busy and wears many hats, so we appreciate him! Réservez une table maintenant
Ohhh picnic has been around for along time and I’ve been coming here forever! Carlos the waiter is the best in service!!! The food here is always good. I got the picnic beef, which was amazing!
