This restaurant was a surprisingly nice neighborhood find. The food was excellent, and there were several items on the menu I'd like to try. Our server was also very good and made some good recommendations for food. The problem was with our wine. We ordered a bottle, and after our server poured it and we drank some of it, we realized it wasn't the bottle of wine we ordered. We called our server over, and she told us her manager or the owner, I don't remember which, gave her the bottle, told her they were out of the one we ordered, but this one was close enough. We probably would have taken it anyway, but it would have been nice to know that up front so we could decide if we wanted a differen...
When we arrived, our table was already set and the menus were placed at each setting. The service was pleasant; the specials were highlighted, and our water glasses were quickly refilled. Each of us at the table of six chose a different dish, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. To celebrate our birthday, our waitress, along with the saxophone player and the hostess, serenaded us. Overall, it was a fantastic evening.
Very good, modern classic Italian fine dining without the harumph We were in town for a CSULB event started by searching Yelp, but nothing very good, or at least with a good description showed up I remembered Open Table got the info I needed. 7 of us enjoyed a great meal bottle of wine. mostly locals there, so you know it's good.
If you're craving a steak, make sure to call ahead as they tend to sell out. However, don't let that deter you from visiting! Our party of six tried a variety of dishes, and each one was exceptional. The owner is very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend dining here!

The Food was very good i had Salmon and it was not dried just right ???? Also the service was Great and our server Matthew was Great always checking to see if we needed anything also was friendly and a smile on his face ? I also got to meet the owner hewas very nice also ?
The food was good. The waiter was abrupt and bordered on rude. It was not a good place to carry on a conversation. Table were close together and you were part of the conversation at the next table. The wine list was sparse, and not a lot of variety. the food was good.
My family and I used to be regulars here, where you could get a good fish dish, pasta, chicken, cocktails, wine, and dessert in a friendly atmosphere that felt upscale but not stuffy. Update: SO sad they are now permanently closed. Killed by c-vid.
The decor is charming and there is live music on Fri Sat nights. The food was delicious. All 3 courses we had were excellent. It's a not to be missed restaurant.

I stop here with a friend to have a dinner. We ordered Pizza Margarita that was so delicious. The service is very good and the ambience very relax.
A great local spot to visit. The cannoli are fantastic, and the prices are very affordable for families.
