Piccino Wood Oven Pizza

We have been going to this place for a while now and this time was a disappointment. The food was good but the service was awful. Not once did we get asked if everything was ok, no one asked to refill our drinks, our empty plates stayed on the table for quite some time. We had dessert which we had to go to the front to ask for twice. When they brought the dessert it was in a to go box. We also tipped 20 percent. We felt unwelcome and we left feeling unwelcome and unacknowledged. We had no idea who the manager even was.

Ordered a margarita pizza and this is what they gave us. Barely any basil what a joke, as you can see in the photo it is basilcally a cheese pizza. I expected a lot more from this restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The staff brought a dough ball out for our son to play with as soon as we sat down. They could not have been more accommodating for a toddler.
