I'm a 59-year-old man waiting for hustle and knee work, so I'm in constant pain, I had booked a table for 2 to 5 a.m. yesterday at 12 noon. I arrived 3 minutes before this time and found her door locked. I knocked on the door and even if I could see that workers in the door no one came on my third attempt to knock a man came to the door. I explained that I had booked a table, but was said that the restaurant did not open until 12.00 clock. I have to say I was totally amazed and disgusted at this attitude so told the man that I would eat somewhere else.
Quite possibly one of the best Italian restaurants in Scotland. The service is impeccable and the food is serene. Proper old school silver service which is an experience itself. Food reminds me of visits to Rome, it simply is brilliant. Don't get me started on the value. I looked at the menu and had to ask if the prices were right as their prices! Forget your Prezzo's and Ask Italian heat up micro meals, get yourself down to here!
had a delicious meal with my man and three children. we started with the antipasta meat and vegetables and it was absolutely delicious. for the net we all had another pasta/risotto/ and suppe. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. the staff was happy and very helpful. we're coming back. perfect restaurant for floating families.
Great food and amazing service. I forgot my bag on the restaurant and a very kind man from the staff followed us all the way to the street to give me my bag and make sure I wouldn't forget it. Many thanks!
