I was just there and ordered a shake. They had the nerve of giving me a half empty cup. I put it in my cup holder and left by the time I realized i was already far. Find this so Disrespectful. You see what you pour into the cup and to give out a half empty cup is beyond me. (I put the straw in mixed it and when i picked it up to drink it is when I realized how light it felt)
I'm really disappointed because Piccs used to be my favorite spot for chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I came here for my birthday, and it seems like the recipe has changed because the ice cream was awful compared to what it used to be. I'm just feeling really sad and let down today. It used to be a solid 10/10 for me.
I have celiac disease and never had a problem here with the mint chocolate chip until today. While enjoying my ice cream a large chunk of what looks to be cake batter including dough was mixed into the middle of my ice cream. I stopped eating immediately but am already paying the price.

I ordered two vanilla hard ice cream milkshakes topped with whipped cream and a cherry, as well as a black raspberry milkshake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. The milkshakes were fantastic! My parents were very pleased as well.
This place offers a fantastic selection of soft and hard ice cream, yogurt, and icy beverages. It's great value for the money. I've visited multiple times, and the staff has always been very friendly.
This is hands down the best ice cream! My kids loved it, and the milkshake was absolutely incredible!
