We ordered the family meal deal for $33.99, which gives you a choice between white rice or an extra cost for fried rice, which is frustrating because rice is one of the cheapest foods out there! We ended up choosing the fried rice along with chow mein, salty orange chicken, and what they referred to as the house special, which I believe was chicken (though they only allowed us to select chicken dumplings and Rangoon). I ordered a lunch special through Uber Eats and the driver delivered The Habit to my door. Mind you I have the drivers leave the food at my door so I could not correct the mistake. I called the driver 7 times in hopes they could bring my order but they didnot answer. I work night shift and am too tired to cook or get food so delivery is the way to go. I decided to go to Pick UpStix to place another order. By time I got here the lunch special time frame had ended but the nice gentleman, who I presume isthe manager made an exception for me and made a lunch special for me. Great customer service!! Terrible customer service. Gets orders wrong, employees don't get the order right all the time. I came in earlier this week and ordered garlic shrimp and I got it to go. Realized it when I got home it was garlic chicken. So disappointed with the service. Came back later the same week and they MESSED UP AGAIN. It wasn't till I told an employee how many times will you mess up for them to fix it. Always check your orders before leaving this restaurant... it's not even crowded enough to say you're too busy to get the order wrong on accident.
The food was quite disappointing. I ordered the Thai noodles, specifically the drunken noodles—though I'm unsure if they are the same dish. Unfortunately, it felt like an overpriced version of Panda Express, which honestly tastes better. The flavors were lackluster, overly sweet, and one-dimensional. The noodles were also clumped together. I don't recommend this place and will not return.

The food is always good. We ordered three different dishes and the service was fast and accurate. There was a line but went pretty fast. The experience was take out so did not have to eat in. When I dine the ambience is very calm and relaxing. Everything is within reach and the service is also great.
The firecracker tofu and chow mien with vegetables was very delicious. The beef and broccoli and fried rice was cooked great. The area where you get the drinks needs a little more attention because there was a lot of spiled soda.
Don't come here 34 dollars for rice and shrimp and a plate of nasty pad thai had no taste me and my wife ended up at chick fil-a right next door wasted of money never again
Haven't had Pick Up Stix in a very long time. So happy my partner and I stopped by. Food was fresh and so delicious! This location is clean and not overly crowded.

Food still good, but looks like they reduced the serving amount. I got about 2/3 of the usual amount, that sucks. $12 for each!!!
All dishes are cooked to order, no steam tables with old dried food here. The food is really tasty.
