I'm currently trying to enjoy a dish that is both undercooked and overpriced. I ordered the drunken chicken, but it seems like the chef might have been the one drinking. The chicken is ice cold in the center, and most of the vegetables are nearly raw. I usually avoid complaining, but this is the second negative experience I've had with this chain. A decade ago, while dining in San Diego, I encountered a piece of rancid chicken. It's quite bold of them to have signs on each table soliciting 5-star reviews—it's almost amusing. There's a reason this place is so empty. I'm sitting here all alone with only two employees who appear to be on their breaks. Pick Up Stix needs to improve.
The staff was very polite at this precise locationI was very impressed, the manager is very kind. The location is very smooth running and rapid food turnout time.Also very delicious food, great seasoning. Almost forget you are at a chain restaurant.Very fresh meat and rice. This was also my first time trying Pickupsticks !Will be back to this location as I saved it as one of my favorites.Fire starts for sure
I tried the special chicken, but it didn't come with any vegetables. I ordered it with broccoli, but there was very little broccoli added. I also had the chicken egg rolls, and I wouldn't recommend them—they're not worth the money. I won't be returning. Rating: 1/5.
Terrible customer service. Employee lady at the counter with terrible attitude. I used to come quite frequently a few years ago when I worked in the area and employees were always attentive and with good attitude.Not anymore.
