Pie And Plate Cafe

I must say this is one of my favorite places to eat in ambler! The owners are freaking awesome people and the employees are friendly with great customer service. The food is the best part of this tiny restaurant. If you!re looking for everything made fresh and from scratch this is your place. It also has some awesome pies. The dark cherry crumb pie I got for Thanksgiving was to die for. If you ate checking out Pie and Plate I would recommend the Pot Pie, it's so good. I would really recommend coming to this place if you want to feel like you never left home then definitely check Pie and Plate out!

I see a lot of potential, with several different pie options and a cute corner space. I do wish the lady at the counter took a bit more time with us: she didn't even offer to heat up our pie, and despite our order put it in a to-go container (I had to insist a few times that we were dining in; it wasn't even close to closing The cold cherry pie we ate was good; I could see how, when warmed up, it might be delicious.
