This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a delicious fire-cooked pizza. I found the style to be more in line with traditional European pizza, featuring a thin, fully-cooked, and crunchy crust. The sauce was just right—not too salty—and there was a generous amount of cheese and vegetables that complemented the pizza without overwhelming it. We sat on the patio, which is right next to the road, but surprisingly, it wasn't too noisy with the passing cars. We even had the fun experience of watching a train go by. The restaurant is also next to a brewery you can check out. If you’re searching for a tasty pizza that won’t leave you feeling bloated on a hot day in Muskoka, this is definitely a place worth...
