This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a delicious fire-cooked pizza. I found the style to be more in line with traditional European pizza, featuring a thin, fully-cooked, and crunchy crust. The sauce was just right—not too salty—and there was a generous amount of cheese and vegetables that complemented the pizza without overwhelming it. We sat on the patio, which is right next to the road, but surprisingly, it wasn't too noisy with the passing cars. We even had the fun experience of watching a train go by. The restaurant is also next to a brewery you can check out. If you’re searching for a tasty pizza that won’t leave you feeling bloated on a hot day in Muskoka, this is definitely a place worth...
The pizzas were fantastic—delicious and fresh! I particularly love the authentic wood-fired oven, which adds so much flavor to the pizza. The dough was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The white sauce pizza was also excellent. However, they could definitely improve their service, as there were some mistakes on the menu. It was quite cold in the restaurant, to the point where we had to put on our jackets. There was only one server, and she occasionally forgot things. Despite this, they are very friendly, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended, and I hope to see improvements in the future!
I couldn't have liked a pizza more than the one I had here. I inherently am a meat lover, however the Veggilante pizza was the best gastronomical experience my guts (pizza loving) have ever had. The pie was rich with flavor bombs going off with every chew . They had garden fresh veggies and the crust was heavenly. Since we were headed on a camping trip had to rein in my culinary desires of trying a meat topped pizza. But hey this will certainly make me want to come back for more. Good Job guys
Told the waitress I didn't want walnuts on my stinky pie due to minor food allergy. Manager came over and acknowledged my concern and assured me they were being careful.
