I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time, and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. I loved the option to choose all my favorite ingredients for one set price. It was great that we could customize our pizzas with different toppings on each half, making it easy to share while still getting exactly what we wanted. The Caesar salad was also fresh and delicious. The staff, especially Andrea, provided outstanding customer service. I had a very disappointing experience with the deep dish pizza here. The crust was both soggy and spongy, lacking any crunch. The pizza itself was smaller than I had anticipated, especially for the price of $16, which feels steep compared to other places where you can get larger pizzas for less. The only redeeming aspect was the toppings, which were both visually appealing and flavorful. Overall, I was let down by the quality of the pizza and hope this issue is limited to their deep dish options, as I’d be curious to try their thin crust. I would suggest you save your money and consider going somewhere else for deep dish pizza.

I truly enjoy eating at this restaurant. The ingredients are always fresh, and they’re very accommodating if I ask for a little extra. I used to worry about getting too many toppings, which would make the crust soggy, but that's no longer an issue since they now have a rising crust option. We tried the dessert pizza, and while it was tasty, I preferred when it was served in halves instead of the thin crust it now comes with. Despite that, I'll definitely be coming back for more!

The crust was overcooked, the cheese was too runny, and the Hawaiian bacon tasted like processed deli meat. Unfortunately, the pizza was unappetizing and had to be discarded.
