WOW ,For being the first pieology they needed to set the bar high and well dam they fell short. The store was a mess. The bathrooms were a mess. The counter were they dish out the toppings was really bad. Instead of getting black olives, like I asked for, seems I got mushrooms. I asked for ranch, but they didn't charge me for it at first. So, when my pizza's came out, and I asked about the ranch, they wanted to charge me. I asked for it and thought I had already paid for it, but guess not. It really made me want to take my tip back. This location needs a better management to make sure the store is always clean and the food is not crossed contaminated. 4/27 UPDATE Me and my wife tried this place again because Yolanda said she would reach out to the team. Tonight was no better. Matter of fact it may have even been worse. We are posting pictures. The server's who were handling meat, were also reaching into the veges and cheeses with the same gloves on. The sauce area had different sauce all over the place. Red sauce was everywhere. It seemed as though the tables were not being cleaned regularly. I can understand being busy, but for the station's to look the way they did, was not appropriate. It sucks to see these kind of things, because the pizza's are really good. With all the people working tonight, someone should have been able to clean up. The men's bathroom yet again a mess.
The staff is mostly absent from public view. Pizza takes more time to cook here than other Pieologys in my experience. They seem to not be trained very well in crafting the pizzas, as they come out undercooked, soggy, and weirdly shaped. They are not very friendly, competent, or observant either. You are not getting quality for your money.
Won't come here again. Every table was FILTHY. The service was awful. They were missing key ingredients like bacon and sausage. Staff didn't place the pizza on a pan before placing them into the oven, so our hands were black from just grabbing the pizza. the pizza came out uneven and wasn't cut properly.
