Pier 49 Pizza - Réserver une table

Not a great experience. I was the only one there when I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so before one the guys pretended to finally notice me. It did give me enough time to notice how dirty the counter and equipment was though. I ordered online and my pizza was ready when I arrived but felt the need to check the pizza before walking out. Good thing I did because the pizza was missing half the toppings including the sausage I paid an extra $2 for. I confronted the staff about the missing toppings and poor quality and was given a $15 gift card that I will not be using. (Only reason for two stars) they also threw some tomatoes on that where missing but it just was kind of we...

It?s really a shame to see what has happened to this place over the years. 7-8 years ago this place was the place to be. Pizza was good and the service was good. I?m not sure if it?s under new management or what but the food has seriously taken a hit and the service is even worse. The past two times I?ve placed a take out order and come to pick it up ?the receipt didn?t print? and I had to wait another 20 min for them to make an 8? pizza. Coincident? I think not. I noticed this place is for sale. Hopefully someone who knows what they are doing can take over, change the recipes back, and trail competent employees.

Pizza was good. Service was below average. Two guys were working. No napkins or kids were stocked and had to have myself and another customer asked for those items to be stocked. Ordered a jumbo and wasn't offered any of the deals that come with purchasing a jumbo pizza. I then had to ask about the free cheese bread after I.paid because I happened to see the little flyers on the other side of the counter. They seemed reluctant to make it, but agreed to do so, and I also later saw that there was a deal for a 2 liter as well that they did not offer.

Pretty disappointing pizza. Looked great, heard good things but was not good. On the meat pizza, it seemed like the rest of the meats were just placed on top of an old pepperoni pizza. Huge amounts of it were so soggy I didn't know what was bread and what was cheese. The toppings and cheese tasted odentical to Papa John's. When the dough wasn't soggy, it was decent but it was soggy almost everywhere. Only good thing was the sauce which was pretty solid. Everything tasted super old. If it was fresh maybe it would have been better.

Fantastic pizza, service is some of the best around. Loved the music choice in store
