The food was dry and excessively spicy, with everything drenched in chilies. There were no desserts or pizzas available, and then, to top it off, the pizza oven caught on fire! It’s honestly quite laughable. They didn’t bother to inform us that they were out of certain items until we had been waiting for over 30 minutes. When we finally asked, they claimed it was because we were ordering so much that they couldn’t tell us what was out of stock. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
Awful, avoid. Went there for my daughters 16th birthday. The food was terrible and massively over priced. when the manager asked us if everything was ok, we voiced our concerns saying that the pizza was under cooked and the £22 ribs were basically cooked bones with no meat, dry with no flavour and we would like some sort of refunding, we was told 'well we are a business ' and 'i dont appreciate how you 're speaking to me '! Most of us who went had bad stomachs the next day. Don 't waste your money here.
The bar staff were excellent—friendly and well-informed about their impressive beer selection. The food menu is worth mentioning for its creativity and boldness, standing out from the typical offerings found in other pubs across the UK. There were plenty of vegetarian options available. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a fantastic afternoon and will definitely return when we’re in the area. Price per person: £10–20.
While the front-of-house staff were friendly and helpful, it seemed like the kitchen was disorganized. Considering we arrived at 5 PM on a Saturday, running out of pizza and all desserts by 7 PM indicates poor management. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and we won’t be returning for food. We recommend avoiding the meals and just enjoying the drinks instead.

if they are really friendly pub with excellent service, a great selection of beers, a great bar and delicious food, this is the place. Whether it's night with friends or bringing my family for a meal, I never had a little short of a brilliant experience!

really love the style of this place! and the music was on the point, it is like the updated younger version of ship and trades will be back
