Unfortunately, my recent dining experience at Pietro will be my final visit. Despite giving them multiple opportunities over the past two years, I have consistently left disappointed. On my most recent visit with my sister on a Saturday night, I was once again let down. The restaurant, which has been consistently half empty during prime dining times, still managed to have slow service. The bread provided was dry and nearly stale. Although the insalata mista was tasty, when we requested a simple pasta swap for our entrees, we were denied. The food and drinks at this restaurant are consistently excellent. However, a recurring issue we have encountered is a long wait for our table, despite having a reservation. On this occasion, we were able to pass the time at the empty bar with a cocktail. We were seated outside despite requesting indoor seating, as we were told that was all that was available. Our server was friendly, but lacked knowledge about the available liquors. When inquiring about bourbons, the response was simply, "we have many, tell me what you want and I'll see if we have it." Overall, we had a good experience, but given the high expectations set by a 5-star rating, we were hoping for a great experience.
We had high expectations for this restaurant but those were changed after waiting 20 minutes for any waiter/waitress to come by our table. Thankfully Christian stopped by our table and couldn’t believe we hadn’t even gotten drinks. His service was incredible but the rest of our dinner experience quite poor. Our food fair at best after waiting 45 minutes more for that. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
We had an intimate family dinner (10 ppl) here for my husband‘s 40th birthday. The food was spectacular and the service was very good. The atmosphere was beautiful. There was also a jazz band which we really enjoyed. We would deff go back.

All around good experience. Live music across parking lot nice but felt like it was next door. Busy street was a bit of a distraction. However all around nice place and good food.
A great date night place. We went for Friday evening Jazz and had a great time. Food, service and atmosphere couldn’t have been better. We love Pietro’s!
