I 've never had a pizza place so consistently prepare my take out order incorrectly. Week after week we order pizza and a side (or two) and week after week something is wrong. They usually apologize (but not always), but don 't do anything to make it right. I 've started to check so I can at least catch it before I drive all the way home. Tonight was a good one. When I went back in to get a refund, they gave me another pie and tried to pass it off as my correct pie, when it clearly had a different name on the box and didn 't have the toppings I paid for. They told me it was mislabeled . I mean really. Looks like I 'll need to find a new weekly spot.
I love everything about this place. The food is delicious. They have the most amazing sesame garlic crust pizza. The staff is always so nice. They really make you feel at home there. They have beautiful dome/outdoor dining. If I could give more than five stars I would. Parking: You can park anywhere on the street. There is also a lot across the street that you can park in. The restaurant gets busy so sometimes parking is limited. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. We always see kids and families in there and they have a lot of parties.
We are in the igloos and it was amazing! Can’t believe how warm it was in them!!!! This was our second time and the service was amazing!!! Just such a friendly atmosphere. Baked clams and mozzarella squares were amazing! Had the cannoli for dessert and it was one of the best I have ever had!! Definitely try the igloo experience!!!!
This was my second visit to Pietro's, and I have to say it's quite rare to find truly exceptional Italian cuisine that you want to take home! Their food and service are outstanding. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I can't wait to bring as many people as possible here! The exterior decor is lovely too.

It was a fun experience dining out doors in a private air conditioned dome. We had a reservation and our table was not available so that was frustrating because we had a large group and we were celebrating a birthday. But the staff was great and handled it well. Vodka sauce is awesome.
The 9 Round Sicilian pizza (thick crust) had a wonderfully crispy crust and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I was also really impressed with the stuffed artichoke.
This place is incredibly charming and the staff is very attentive. The food was delicious. We began with the baked clams and a cup of pasta fagioli.
Great place to eat with kids! My 20 month old was able to walk around the dome. Rebecca is the reason we will be back. Impeccable service!
