We discovered Piggin' Out Smokehouse through word of mouth and, after seeing all the rave reviews, decided to have them cater our club's annual picnic today! We enjoyed pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw, and everything was fantastic—especially the pulled pork! We also included a vegetarian option, thanks to Zack's suggestion of stuffed poblano peppers filled with smoked quinoa. Everyone was thrilled with this delicious dish! We came upon this little gem by accident and oh, what a find! Everything we ordered was divine! Mac cheese? Check Brisket? Peach cobbler? Ribs? Pulled pork? Sweet tea? But, child, let me tell you a little something about the green chili mashed potatoes! Mmm-mm-mmm! They are THAT good! I'm talking forget how to act right in public, good. Hip check a little old nun for the last spoonful, kinda good! Malicious counter service. Called in a pork sandwich. 20-30 mins. Showed up at 28 mins. Paid for the sandwich. Was told by the short haired girl wearing the black beanie that my food was not ready. Stood around in the lobby for 20 mins waiting. Watched the same Togo bag sit on the counter in the kitchen. Asked the kid about my order, mumbled response. Waited another 5 mins and asked for a refund and was told we have been trying to find you . Turns out it was the same order bag on the counter.Hey surprise!! The food was cold.

Absolutely amazing hot links! The sides are tasty, the sauces are good, and the Carolina mustard is outstanding. The outdoor seating area has a relaxed vibe, featuring cornhole and plenty of shade. I highly recommend it! This is by far the best barbecue in the area. As for vegetarian options: if that's what you're after, this isn't the place for you—best to look elsewhere!
We ordered the chicken and pork and while the pork had no flavor the chicken was so salted we couldn’t eat it.The Mac n cheese, while I just wanted a side, they didn’t have so had to order a meal and I think it was made yesterday, it was so dried out.Such a disappointing (and not inexpensive) experience.
