This restaurant has great food, but the service is absolutely terrible. I tried to order from here twice because I had family visiting. The first time, it took them an excruciating 2 hours and 42 minutes to deliver, even though we live less than a mile away. Thankfully, the food arrived hot and tasted fantastic. The second time, I thought I’d avoid the delivery issues by calling ahead for pickup. I placed my order 25 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. I knew i wasn’t going to get the freshest food ordering breakfast at 3pm but this lady looked me straight in the face and served me eggs that clearly looked ready for garbage. I asked her for fresh ones, and she said no. Then got an attitude when i rejected the plate lolI should’ve walked out at this point but i really wanted to give the place a chance. I got chiccarones and fried pork feet with tostones. Pork feet smelled funny and tasted weird. Chicarones and tostones was good. Pink sauce didn’t have enough mayo but tasted okay.Teach your employees when to throw food away! It was disrespectful thinking I would eat what she out on that plate and microwaved.
This place offers the most authentic experience you can find. The cochifrito (fried mixed meats) is absolutely fantastic—definitely a perfect ten! For just $30, you get a platter with five different types of meat, accompanied by tostones (fried plantains). The empanadas are traditional and delicious. The atmosphere is genuine and adds to the overall experience.
Yesterday evening, I ordered food from this restaurant and requested cheese for an additional charge. Although I agreed to pay extra for the cheese, they never actually included it in my order. Additionally, a few weeks prior, I had a similar disappointing experience when I waited for an hour for my food, only to find out that it was too salty once I got home.

I absolutely love the food from this restaurant! The fritura is incredibly fresh and delicious. The place can get quite busy and overcrowded, and the wait times can be a bit long, but it's definitely worth it!
The empanadas at this restaurant were the worst I have ever had. It will be my first and last time visiting this place.
