I decided to visit this restaurant today, despite some negative reviews I had read before. My past experiences at this restaurant have always been positive, so I used TripAdvisor to double-check their opening times. I ordered the Pimento club sandwich, which was both massive and delicious! The wait time was reasonable and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were always courteous, efficient, and pleasant every time I visited. I felt compelled to write this review because the recent negative reviews do not reflect my own experience, nor that of many others I know.
I come here with friends and family and it is always good. Easy to park and nice atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience here and the food is good. It does get busy so sometimes you do have to wait for a table but that’s the sign of a popular place. The staff quickly clean the tables so never had to wait too long.
Although the food was good the customer service was very poor two members of staff we met were miserable and rude. It wasn't busy so absolutely no excuse for the surly attitude. It's not the first time we have experienced this but it will be the last.
The food was not enjoyable, the staff were impolite and grumpy, and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food despite the restaurant not being busy. The prices were high considering the small portion sizes, and the food appeared to have been reheated.

Really poor customer service,food service timing was shocking , food was served 20 Minutes apart,the girl on the till was not friendly,or dresses appropriate for front of house, looked like she should be on love island
Love this cafe. I always go for something so simple but it taste so fresh and yummy. Lovely service too. I mainly take food out but have sat in for food. Quick and efficent service. Would highly recommend to everyone
The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, the venue is clean, and the staff are friendly. The Veggie Breakfast and hot chocolate were delicious. Despite being busy, the service was great.
Met here (again) for lunch this time. Really busy so a good sign as always. But never have to wait long as service is brill. We had the panini this time which was delicious!

Went for bday brekkie with a friend, fab quick service. Fantastic food, avocado, poached egg salmon on toast. So yum my bud had veggie brek, amazing hash browns.
Nice little cafe with a really nice atmosphere. The food was well presented, plentiful and really tasty. Coffee was lovely too!
