My children, our support staff and I were deeply sad yesterday to learn that Parma John's has been firmly closed since today (5/21) after 15 years of great food and service for the Souderton Community and Care and Share Thrift shops and their customers. We've been fed there for almost 10 years as part of our shopping experience, or to get our favorite food we haven't found elsewhere, and recently to keep meeting. Jackie, Leonardo and her team of wonderful employees were always so courteous and always made us welcome. I am so glad that last time we had to meet there before they were closed and say goodbye, as many other customers also share their expression of sadness and disappointment of closing. We cannot imagine that the landlord could do something better with this room than what they had to offer with the Toros restaurant and large staff and food. We know that this is also a disappointment for them, but we hope that Parma John's reopening will see elsewhere in the near future. My children already ask me where they will be able to get their favorite cheese steak rollups (without onions inside) and brewing city friars with cheese sauce. We'll miss you! Thank you for your service year and good food!
