Well, I don't like giving bad reviews. But wow. The waitress was ok. So no complaints about her. But, the crab legs. Let me tell you, they're a rip off. My wife ordered the Alaskan crab legs. She didn't even get 2 full clusters. And possibly gave us the wrong ones. They were very small and salty. And seriously, check my reviews. She loves her crab legs. I ordered the fried grouper. It was very bland. No taste and very dry. Seriously, ketchup couldn't help it and burger Kings fish sandwich is a lot better. So, this place is definitely a no go for me. But your more than welcome to try it yourself. You might have a different opinion. Thanks for reading.
This place was better than reviews. The shrimp were delicious as well as the oysters on the half shell,The scallops were grilled in a wine sauce and were average. The sides were good especially the green beans. Raspberry cheesecake was on point . Key lime was average. The beer specials were excellent 2 for 1 all night and the corn and crab chowder was excellent! The service was outstanding. The prices were decent and portions were fair 4 out of 5 stars.Amy our waitress was fantastic.
We called ahead before arriving, and when we got there, we were seated immediately. We quickly began to enjoy our meal. My wife and son chose the crawling legs, while I opted for the fried shrimp. For dessert, we had limestone cake and roasted lime cake. Overall, the food was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. Our waitress, Amy, ensured our glasses were always full and was very friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable.
I had lunch today at this restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was very friendly. I was seated quickly and had a drink in less than two minutes, which was impressive. The service was excellent. I ordered the fish and chips, and I appreciated that I could substitute the sides. First time visit while staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. There is a great vibe to this restaurant, a bit like a Joe's Crab Shack or Bubba Gump's. There was a wait but their text system worked nicely. Service was cordial and inviting, we enjoyed our clam chowder, ribs, salad, the shrimp scampi was good, shrimp were small and the sauce was a bit salty. Overall a nice visit, we will try it again another day.
we were pleasantly surprised! eating was very good. we started with the crab rangoon that was phenomenal! we are darkened mahi sandwich, and grilled grouper, both were very good. I also have to mention the green beans. they were cooked to perfection, with a beautiful garlic butter sauce. our server was attentive. a very nice culinary experience. the only part that was waiting, but that is expected during the season
This was our third time eating at Pinchers. It’s our go to place to take family and friends visiting, because we know they will enjoy an awesome meal . All staff are friendly and very nice. Our server, Traci was awesome. She answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, the shrimptastic and bourbon salmon was great! We will be back!!! Keep serving quality food.
Good and bad. The food was delicious but the wait was 20 minutes and they weren't busy. The wait staff Maddie was very nice but how can you not have Mac 'n cheese or pickles of any kind at a casual seafood restaurant? Prices were decent. I had an excellent experience with both the service and the food. Don’t let the Yelp reviews sway you; the staff here is incredibly courteous and friendly. The food was perfect, especially the soft bowl scraper sandwich. The 2-for-1 beer special added to the enjoyment of my visit. I would definitely come back again!
