Walked past this bakery after the lunch at Kokoro Japanese restaurant that reminded me the review from Kan Do. Drove back after couple of days early in the morning so it was easy to find a parking spot. Stepped in and found that there were lots of varieties of Vietnamese street food including the famous Banh Mi, Rice paper rolls and Steamed buns. Looked at the cabinet that was full of these street food, I could not wait to order the Banh Mi for exploration. This is a simple old fashioned Vietnamese bakery, located in the wonderful Sunnybank area. Nothing fancy and no frills here, and that includes the banh mi thit (Vietnamese pork salad roll), which I find delicious, simple and cheap, and which I just gobbled up without taking a photo (sorry Joe K !).
Other bakery items are about on par with most bakeries.
Mostly clustered with restaurants. Very difficult to find parking during weekend lunch and dinner peaks. One of the major problems of this mall: several cars do not follow the direction of the road which has caused the traffic congestion.
My last official meal out in Melbourne and not sure why this Angeleno opted for tacos, when this Angeleno would be back in LA in a day and have access to

Many delighted and delicious restaurants in a good spot, convenient location, just lack of parking space at night
Handy little Coles shop and a variety of dining qnd fresh food shops aswell. Hungry you can't go past pinelands.
Good selection of Asian eateries to choose from. Best to come early as parking is hard.
