Piner Cafe - Réservation de table

This place is very popular. The parking lot is small so plan to park on the street. It was full when I went in and full when I left. I saw diners coming and going so it's all about timing. It was my first time here but the staff was attentive and let me know constantly that they would be with me soon. Food- I only order one dish so it's not fair to say all the food is bad considering that they had quite a bit of customers. I can only say do not order the stuffed French toast. Although the custard is made in house it was mealy and the fruit topping was not fresh. It appeared to be frozen strawberry and blueberries that had been thawed.

Believe the reviews! Delicious nutty coffee, home made hash browns (3 x the portion you need) big pile of perfectly crispy bacon. I had eggs and bacon with a side of GLUTEN FREE TOAST. What a treat. Well worth the 4.00 extra. Toast grilled on one side made at an artisan bakery in Monterey. WOW. Hubby had Tri tip omelette w onions, mushrooms and Jack cheese. I had plenty of bacon and hash browns to go. Thanks Amber for the fantastic service and coffee to go. Nicest people here!

The food was Sooo Good!!! The service was some of The Best we have ever enjoyed!!! The atmosphere was great!!! We both, (which is very unusual for us) had the walnut French toast, that was Outstanding!!! Along with a side of Perfectly crisp bacon as we asked for, and a side of sausage that was delicious!!! Parking was a bit of a challenge, but well worth the reward of an outstanding eating experience!!! We plan on going back when we can!!! ;

My Wife and I stopped in the Piner Cafe on the way home from camping at the beach. We were seated right away and served our drinks. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with ham and my Wife ordered the French Toast. The Eggs Benedict were the best I ever had and my Wife said her French Toast was perfect. Fast and friendly service, The Piner Cafe is now on our top 5 restaurants list! Réservez une table maintenant

This diner is a nice spot to eat at. It's a good diner on the north side of town. The eggs benedict and country potatoes are worth the price and the rest of the prices looked fair. The ambiance is a bit lacking, they have advertisements on the table top and the building could use some sprucing up. It was quite loud. All together though not a bad place for food.

First time I'd gone there. The blueberry pancakes were fabulous and more than 1 person could eat! The bacon was scrumptious. The people who work there are amazingly quick, but very personable and responsive. And it's a cute older diner very fun to eat in. All in all, a great experience. I'm already planning when I can go back.

Good food (breakfast at least, I'm not familiar with the lunch items) and great service! As of writing, they're a little understaffed, so please understand and expect slightly longer wait times- the servers are still trying their best to provide excellent service, but it's just spread thinner to more tables for now.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. They were pretty busy, but still found a table. The wait staff were both very friendly. I had the biscuit and gravy, two eggs, and hash browns. It was very delicious. I’m glad I stopped in before leaving town. Food and service were great. Réservez une table maintenant

The customer service was whatever. If you knew the server it seemed like you received better treatment. The eggs and hash browns were pretty good, but the turkey sausage smelled like it was cooked in fish grease. All around won’t be coming back.

Been coming here for years. Food is always outstanding. Portions are big. Service, although faces change, continues to be excellent. Parking is always a little tough, but manageable.
