The gentleman who assisted us was friendly and brought the cupcakes over for us to admire. However, that’s where the positive experience ended. After selecting our cupcakes, he boxed them up and called us over to pay. I was initially taken aback by the prices; they were twice as expensive as my usual place, but I reassured myself that the beauty of the café indicated the cupcakes would be worth it. I paid and went home to get ready for my birthday party.

I recently had the most disappointing experience with “Pinkies”. I placed an order months in advance as well as had several communications with Charles for 4 dozen cupcakes.The day of my event my order was delivered hours late, and on top of that my order was short 2 dozen when I paid in full for 4 dozen cupcakes. There was no accommodations made for me, instead I was given excuses and an unwillingness to take responsibility for the lack of customer service.I was told I would be given a refund for the missing cupcakes from my order 3-5 business days from May 21st which was the day of my event. This review is a little late but worthwhile doing it!! This place IS SUPER COOL place. The owner Charles is gentleman. He helped me for a last minute birthday that I had to do. I wanted rainbow cupcakes, which are difficult to come by especially if they are not preordered. Well long and behold I called the same day and he saved the last 12 he had for the day!! Thier fruity tutti racupcakes were to DYE FORRR!!! Super affordable and AMAZING PRESENTATION!! Got a customer for LIFE!!! So grateful to have this bakery around!! My daughter LOVEDDDD THEMMMM and mama too
Absolutely perfect cupcakes! I ordered one of each flavor for my boyfriend's birthday celebration, and they were not only delicious but also beautifully crafted. The interior of the cafe is stunning as well. I can't wait to get more cupcakes from Pinkies! Charles was fantastic in explaining the different flavors, and the ordering and pickup process was seamless.

Awesome service , very cute /inviting decor and the cupcakes are to die for!!!! Even was able to play Ms Pac-Man while I waited.Don’t walk.. run there ! You won’t be disappointed!
This is the best little cupcake shop I've ever been to, and Charles is fantastic! The cupcakes are incredibly delicious. We even drive over an hour just to get them!
