On our recent visit to Madrid I made an afternoon outing to the place I lived at 50 years ago in Torrejon. After walking around the neighborhood we went to the bar that’s in the center of the apartment complex called Pinky’s. I couldn’t believe that it’s still there after all those years. The interior has been nicely renovated and changed. I found the wait staff to be super friendly and helpful. They indulged my trip down memory lane. Although we couldn’t sit inside because it’s reserved for customers having a meal we were able to sit outside under their covered porch. The prices were in par with the other cafes and bars we visited while in Spain but the memories made the visit special!
Bar que lleva toda la vida y casi la misma oferta gastronómica, lo llevaron americanos cuando estaba la base aquí, y luego lo cogió quien lo sigue llevando, mantiene toda la esencia y los sabores de las auténticas costillas, etc. Buen ambiente los regentes muy amables y calidad precio de 10
Stuck in the 60's. This restaurant has the original taste of the american military personnel posted in Torrejon during years. The local is not much comfortable, but that's the originallity of the place. It is indicated for family/friends meeting. The recipe of the ribs was exceptional!!!
Yo voy más de 1 vez al año, y siempre que se planea cena con amigos alguien lo propone. Si se tiene pensado ir a comer costillas, recomiendo avisar antes, para asegurarte de que haya. Por algo son, junto a las patatas fritas, el plato estrella.

Un bar en el que nada más entrar, saber que vas a comer bien. Sencillamente casero, rico y abundante. Pedimos las costillas, patatas y ensalada y para terminar el tiramisu exquisito, hacia mucho que no comía uno así.
Las costillas a la barbacoa estaban buenísimas, las patatas también, y el entrecot, también, el brownie también estaba muy bueno, la atencion fue muy buena, muy recomendable, volveré sin dudarlo.

Local de los de toda la vida con unas excelentes constillas y patatas fritas. Sin florituras, aqui vienes a comer. Buena relacion calidad precio.

Costillas y patatas fritas buenísimas, muy bien cocinadas, las alitas de pollo genial también. El servicio muy atento y muy buen precio.
Las hamburguesas están buenísimas. Pero han subido muchísimo el precio en pocos meses. Ya no sé si merece la pena.
