Pinnacle Falkner Winery

The restaurant was very unkempt looking, and did not have enough staff working. When we ate there for lunch, there was only one waitstaff person, waiting on at least 5 tables with 6+ people at each table, as well as 2 tables with 2 people each. We had to ask our wait staff person to turn on the A/C since it was so hot in the restaurant. That person said they couldn't ... only the owner at the winery could since he had the code for the A/C to turn it on. The food was fair and we ate quickly so we could leave and cool down outside of the restaurant. Our waitstaff person was very helpful and apologized for the uncomfortable room we were in. A very unappealing place. I do not recommend it.

This restaurant is at Falkner Vineyards in Temecula. View of the valley is great, and of the 25+ tables in the huge room, most have a good view. Christa did an admirable job, but most of her time and attention were on the food critics sitting at a nearby table. Drinks and food were okay.. noise from the few tables at 12:30p was distracting, and, at times, overwhelming.

Food and service both quite good. The space is fine, but could be so much better. Booths along the back wall plus some structure to break up all of the open space would cut down on the noise and make the space feel more welcoming.

Food was wonderful. Only issue, per se, once we placed our order, we didn't see our server for a long time. She did come to refill ice tea once finally. Other than that great place! Réservez une table maintenant

Crystal was great!!! Very attentive, and took very good care of us yesterday for lunch! First time there , food was great, wine was great!! Will definitely be back…. Thank you…

The restaurant has a great selection of gluten-free options. All the dishes tasted fantastic! I will definitely be returning.
