Amazing place to kill time, during the day clean and friendly staff. However at night It gets packed but in a good way, the drinks are made fast and taste just as amazing as day shift they?re very knowledgeable on their drinks and don?t rush you toorder, they got games every where, consoles, trash can ?beer? pong, bowling but the little baby ones. This was unexpected find we had a blast! I was so excited to find a place with an open outdoor area that was not only adorable with lots of comfortable seats but also full of warm ambience with fire pits. This place is like an adult wonderland. The fun drinks and great games along with comfy couches every where you look it?s a sight to take in. Pins is known for their arcade machine games all over the building, but that?s the smallest detail. The Columbus Blue Jackets sponsored their 2022 Draft Party at this location. Customer Service Excellent and friendly. Many games to play, bowling, ping pong, pinball to name a few. Super fun! Our bowling lane had some peraistent technical errors/glitches, but the staff were helpful and made it right in the end. Easy parking. Love the indoor slide! $1 for pinball is a rip off though. Huge drink menu. Quick service, even when it's busy. Young kids leave by 9pmWheelchair accessibility: Elevator available!
Lots of fun! Kid friendly for the most part. Was very busy in the evening, so midday would be the best to avoid the crowds. Really enjoyed the pinball machines. Bring smaller bills for the change machines because the cash on hand at the main desk was limited.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere here as both great brewery bc drink hall with tons of activities. Very clean and large- perfect for big groups or just a few. Participated in Bouchée and duck bowling. Really enjoyed the venue!! Recommend
