A week later, there was still no credit on my account. I found a help email address on the restaurant's website and reached out, but I never received a response. Three days later, I discovered a different email address and forwarded my concerns. After some back-and-forth communication, he assured me he was handling it. After following up multiple times, I still didn't see the refund appear in my account. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which contacted the restaurant. While I did receive a refund, it was only for the missing item—$7—despite the total charge being $30.
