My food arrived on time, and everything was incredibly delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. I ordered the Breaded Chicken Bites and Bone-In Fried Chicken, which came with a generous side of white rice and a small portion of black beans. I also got Tostones, Chicken Soup, and a half portion of French fries—what a feast! It was definitely worth the price! I will certainly order from here again. Highly recommended!
This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the area, specializing in delicious Cuban and Creole cuisine! The service is courteous, friendly, and prompt. Their free delivery ensures you won't have to wait long at all—you’ll receive your food hot and ready to enjoy. Bring your family along, and you’ll have a wonderful time sharing a meal together!
This place is truly disappointing. The waitstaff spend more time on their phones than attending to customers. However, I have to give credit where it's due—the food is quite good. The owner really needs to consider replacing the entire staff to improve the experience. My recommendation is to place your order for pickup over the phone.
Customer service this morning was extremely disappointing. Sadly I do not recommend this place to anyone.An update: I reconsider going back, as everyone deserves a second chance, or so I thought. This is my favorite spot for Latin food. I enjoy everything on the menu, especially the robo guisao, which I highly recommend. The restaurant is small, but I believe those cozy, hole-in-the-wall places are often the best. They have that charming mom-and-pop vibe.
Very disappointed we didnt receive the half broiled chicken which was $10+ and the sopa de platano, if you dont have these items Id have appreciated they call, but instead we received partial credit, I wont order from this Pio Pio no more.
