I ordered the fried calamari and the Pacifico salad.The calamari were frozen, so they were served warm rubbery and bland. Paired with a loose watered down marinera that tasted badly. I told the served this they took the order back and offered to replace it with something else I declined and choose to order an entree instead. The salad came, and it appeared slick, I pushed the lettuces to the side to see how much dressing was used as I tasted the dish. On the bottom of the plate was dressing puddling. HOW did y 'all forget my WHOLE ORDER. I order the Matadore combo and this all that came. Missing the chicken and salchipapa. I called and they say we put it in the bag there 's nothing we can do ...as you can see they did not. When I push back they said to reorder the food.... yeah ok. Horrible. I PAID OVER $70. The delivery guy was nice enough to go back and get the rest of the food but they REFUSED to give it to him. The gag is.... I originally called another store by mistake to report the issue and they were happy to replace the food. When I called the correct restaurant they kept saying nothing they could do.
Did not have an opportunity to eat here because they unfortunately do not follow the basic rules of cross contamination and allergies. Was looking forward to eating here as it was recommended. I called to confirm they would make my sons fries separate as he has allergies and I see a lot of sea food items in the menu. The hostess told me they would not cook his fries espérate and everything is cooked in the same oil..do not recommend if anyone in your party is allergic.
Servers are nice and friendly but did not know that soy sauce can be added to peruvian fried rice,, they should hire Peruvians so they can serve staff better with knowledge, Also, the lomo saltado did not have any taste, try having a peruvian cook.i asked the staff and no one from peru was there.

This is a once a month sit down meal. Matador Combo in the video. Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken, Salchipapa, Yellow Rice Beans , Avocado Salad, Drizzled w/ Aji Verde green sauce on everything. Pio Pio is my out of town guess favorite Bronx Spot !!
I haven't been here since before covid, but the food here was amazing. The chicken is so good and their rice. The green sauce is the perfect addition.
The food was good and the service was okay, however, a heads up they tend to charge 18% gratitude to your bill automatically I didn't like that.
It keeps being a great experience. The drinks and food were amazing. The service on point. Going again
