Owner unprofessional, drivers unprofessional was a loyal customer spending 300 to 400 dollars a week at this place taking my business else where. Drivers don't bring food to door forget part of your order and send you nasty text message demanding a tip or for you to pick up your order your damn self because they don't get paid to deliver food. Who does delivery for free as a job. Get my order correct and bring it to my door not I front of a building where numerous amount of people come in and out cause you to lazy to go up the stairs but I should tip you for not delivering my food to me and not bringing my complete order. I would like to give you zero stars for customer service and disrespec...
I ordered the pork shoulder, and it seemed like they just cut it into pieces and stir-fried it with an excessive amount of salt. The rice and beans appeared to be leftover from the previous day, making it one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. On top of that, I had to wait half an hour for my food. If you're looking to feel sick, this place is perfect for you—it might just make you throw up enough to clear your stomach. But be cautious with the salt! Overall, the food was absolutely terrible. I would recommend looking in a garbage can for a better meal before considering eating here. Trust me, you'll be better off elsewhere. Stay away!

The food here is delicious and budget-friendly. My family and I sometimes order the baked chicken family meals, and the rotisserie chicken is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it! The grilled chicken salad is also excellent. They offer delivery, and I suggest calling the restaurant directly for that—it’s more affordable than using Uber Eats or similar apps.

Don't confuse this Pio Pio chicken with the Peruvian chicken you find in New York, as you will be sorely disappointed. It was one of the worst chickens I've ever had.
