Last night I decided to get dinner at Pirates Catch after remembering my usual Fish and Chip place, Malvern Fish and Chips is closed on Sunday's. <br/ <br/ The plain burger at Pirates Catch is more expensive than at Malvern Fish and Chips but this is worth it considering that the meat pattie is thicker and there are more toppings. Pirates Catch's plain burger comes with the meat pattie, tomato sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The plain burger at the other nearby fish and chip shop only comes with the pattie, sauce and lettuce. The burger can also come with chips instead of paying for that separately so it is a combo. After shopping at Stockland, I decided to dine at this restaurant. They offer a variety of fresh and cooked seafood, with interesting and extensive displays of fresh fish. You can choose to dine in or take away. My companion and I both ordered the fish and chips dishes, which came with a side of both chips and salad. They also cater to gluten-free options. Overall, we found the food to be excellent, the service top-notch, and the experience well worth it.

I always seem to forget that this restaurant is here. Whenever I walk by, I'm reminded and think, "Oh no! I just bought groceries from Coles." So this time, I made an effort to stop by first, but I was disappointed with both the service and the selection. The prices were also on the higher side.
Super friendly staff and warm atmosphere. My partner and I order blue grenadier (grilled) and chips. The fish was meaty and fresh, nicely grilled. Chips were crispy, thick cut and lightly salted. New local locked in!
I had a delicious meal at this restaurant with a large portion of fresh fish and chips and a sizable grilled blue grenadier fish, all at a very reasonable price. The service was also very friendly.
We shared the ‘Captain Pack – 1 x Catch of the Day, 1 x serve of chips or salad $10.00)’. We went with chips option and the Catch of the Day was whiting.

Very basic take away fish and chipsEdible but nothing there to make me want to return I had rockling, chips and a Greek salad.
While it may be more of a takeaway spot in a shopping center with limited seating, it is definitely worth mentioning.
