Delicious, fresh and truly healthy options! There aren't many places in Barrhaven, and Ottawa for that matter that offer truly healthy options (many advertised as healthy but not really) that taste this delicious! All the ingredients tasted fresh, and I love that they offer gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options for those who request it (many of their ingredients are naturally gluten free anyways- veggies, protein sources, etc).

This is a great place to get healthy food fast! It tastes so good even my kids love it. Thank you for the great food and many options to choose from. I just downloaded the app and I'm looking forward to try it out and order the food ahead of time to skip the line. This is a new go-to for us.

Great fresh food. Environmentally friendly. Smiling staff who patiently explained the menu. More expensive than fast food but worth every penny. I had lamb meatballs on grains and salad and my boyfriend had braised beef on pita. Both options were excellent!!!!

Cannot say enough on how great this place is. I have the pleasure of working in Barrhaven , and this is my go to place for lunch. Food always fresh, healthy and served with a smile by the great staff. Congrats on your second location on Elgin Street. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is exactly what Elgin st needed!! Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff and amazing prices. I can't get over how much flavour there is and nothing is fried. Keep up the good work guys. I'm addicted!!

One of my favourite restaurants for years now, very fresh and tasty. I am disappointed they no longer have baked zucchini cakes, especially as a vegetarian, hence the 4 stars. Please bring them back!
